Application Process

  • Application Fee: A non-refundable application fee of R200 is required upon submission.
  • Acceptance and Registration: Upon acceptance, you will receive an acceptance letter and be required to pay an upfront fee of R5,000, covering registration, technology fees, and a portion of your tuition.

Admission Requirements

Admission criteria vary by programme:

  • Higher Certificate Programmes: A National Senior Certificate (NSC) or equivalent is required. Applicants without an NSC may be considered based on merit.
  • Bachelor Programmes: An NSC with a bachelor’s pass or equivalent is necessary.
  • Master of Theology: An NQF Level 8 Bachelor of Theology or equivalent in a relevant field from a recognised institution is required. Applicants may also be considered based on Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) and experience.

Application Deadlines

  • Full-Time Students: Applications close on 30 November annually, with late applications considered until 14 January under exceptional circumstances.
  • Distance Students: Registrations for the first semester close by 14 January and for the second semester by 30 June.

Tuition Fees

Tuition fees vary by programme:

  • Bachelor of Biblical Studies: R3,300 per course, with an annual enrolment fee of R6,500. An upfront payment of R7,200 is required before commencement, with the balance payable monthly.
